Outdoor Venue Hire

If you are looking for a venue for your event with parking for up to 3,500 cars, 15 acres of flat grassland, bar facilities and function rooms Wincanton Racecourse is the ideal place. With easy access, good signage, and plenty of space we are able to host horse and pony shows, dog shows, car shows, exhibitions, fire work displays, circuses or any other rally or outdoor event. We also have 94 stables for hire, for a day, night or longer.

Our Paddock Pavilion is a stunning 60m x 18m marquee. It is fully lined, heated and has a carpeted suspended wooden floor. A dance floor can also be incorporated.

There is a service kitchen at one end and full bar facilities. At its full size the Paddock Pavilion can seat 500 guests or can be divided up into two or three sections to accommodate smaller parties.

The racecourse can look after your catering needs and help to arrange the entertainment for your event.  The Paddock Pavilion is available from October to January for parties, exhibitions and events.  It is also available on selected racedays for corporate hospitality.
