Badges & Passes
The Pass System will be operational with four badges allocated for sole ownership and eight badges given to partnerships and joint ownerships.
Badges will be issued to owners on production of their pass card.
If you require more badges these can be purchased on the day at a reduced rate.
When leaving badges from your allocation, for guests please ensure that they are aware that these must be collected from the Owners & Trainers Desk at the Owners & Trainers Entrance.
Access
The Owners & Trainers Entrance provides easy access to the course and a direct walkway to the Owners & Trainers Bar.
The Owners & Trainers car park is well signposted from the road.
Facilities & Hospitality
Facilities for the use of owners and trainers are available in the Dick Hunt Room within the Hatherleigh Stand. Entry to this facility is limited to connections with horses running on the day, and entry is restricted to those with Owners Day Badges (these are star shaped). If you wish to use this facility please ensure that you collect your badges from the Owners & Trainers Desk on entry. The bar has a view over the racecourse and complimentary tea and coffee will be provided.
Sandwiches and hot food can be purchased with a full bar service open throughout the day.
The See More Business Bar is also available for hot and cold seafood snacks. This facility has a full bar and is available to all Premier Enclosure badge holders without prior arrangement.
Hot and Cold snacks are also available within the newly refurbished Stalbridge Bar within the Premier Enclosure.
For more formal dining at the racecourse there is limited availability in the Kingwell and Winning Post Restaurants, for further information please click here. These facilities are extremely popular, and if you wish to dine here, please reserve your table as soon as possible. Reservations may be made through the racecourse office on 01963 32344.
Stabling
There are 94 stables available and a choice of paper or shavings bedding. Boxes will be allocated on arrival. Overnight stabling and accommodation is available and must be booked in advance.
Stable Yard & Stable Staff Facilities include, veterinary treatment area, temperature control washdown facilities and a stable staff rest room. We offer complimentary tea and coffee, a concessionary canteen, relaxation area with comfortable chairs and sofas and Sky television.
There are four luxurious en-suite rooms for travelling overnight staff with runners.
